Ingredients
2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup margarine, melted
1 cup chopped pecans
8 ounces cream cheese
3 cups powdered sugar
12 ounces frozen whipped topping
21 ounces blueberry pie filling
Directions
Combine flour, margarine and pecans, mixing well. Press this mixture into the bottom of 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool crust completely. Cream the cream cheese well. Add the powdered sugar and whipped topping and mix well. Spread this mixture over the crust. Top with pie filling. Chill until firm. You may substitute cherry pie filling for blueberry.
