Ingredients
15 ounces Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crusts
1 tablespoon sugar plus 1/4 cup sugar
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
3 cups halved, fresh strawberries
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Directions
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Let one pie crust stand at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes. Unfold crust and roll to a 12-inch circle on a large cookie sheet. Prick crust with fork and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool slightly. Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees. Combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Add egg and beat until smooth. Spread over the crust to within 1/2-inch of the edge. Bake for 13 to 18 minutes or until set in center and lightly browned at edges. Cool completely. Arrange strawberry halves on cooled chips and oil on low until melted. Blend until smooth and drizzle over strawberries. Cut into wedges to serve.
