Pork Chops with Scallop Potatoes

4 pork chops
4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 small onion, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
Brown pork chops in oil. Layer potato and onion slices in a 2-quart casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper. Place pork chops on top. Combine soup and milk. Pour over pork chops. Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
