2 cups leftover baked or fried fish, flaked
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons minced onion
Dash of black pepper
Discard skin and flake enough fish to equal 2 cups. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into small balls then flatten. You may roll them in toasted bread crumbs if desired. Fry in hot oil and drain on paper towels.
