Low Fat Fettuccine Alfredo

2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 1/2 cups skim milk
Lemon juice to taste
Chopped parsley to taste
Black pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 ounces fettuccine, cooked and drained
Blend flour and margarine in a saucepan. Cook for several minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add lemon juice, parsley, black pepper and cheese. Stir until well blended. Serve over cooked fettuccine. Top with additional grated Parmesan cheese. Makes 4 servings.
