Ingredients
2/3 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of salt
3 eggs
Filling:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
3/4 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Combine roll ingredients. Spread onto a greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. While roll is baking combine filling ingredients. Turn roll onto a flat surface dusted with powdered sugar. Spread on the filling. Roll up like a jelly roll and chill several hours before slicing.
