Green Beans in Sauce

1 pound fresh green beans
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons minced parsley
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 cup sour cream
6 slices bacon, cooked
Cook beans in boiling, salted water until tender then drain. Sauté onion in butter. Blend in flour, sugar, parsley and milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and comes to a boil. Stir in vinegar. Add beans and sour cream. Stir over low heat until heated. Top with crumbled bacon.
