Sherrie's Fat-Free Cheesecake

1 3/4 fat-free cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
1 cup sugar
3 8-ounce packages fat-free cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla
Fat-free substitute for 3 eggs
1 cup fat-free sour cream
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Press crumbs into the bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer at high speed until creamy. Beat in egg substitute, a third at a time. Blend in sour cream and flour. Spread over crumb crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes or until center is set. Turn off oven and leave door slightly ajar. Leave cheesecake in oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven and cool completely. Chill 4 hours or overnight. Remove side of pan and place cheesecake on a serving plate. Top with your favorite flavor or pie filling if desired then serve.
