4 pork loin or rib chops, about 3/4-inch thick
4 thin onion slices
4 thin lemon slices
4 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons ketchup
Salt to taste
sprinkle both sides of chops with salt. Place chop in an ungreased shallow baking pan. Top each chop with 1 onion slice, 1 lemon slice, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon ketchup. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake, basting occasionally, until chops are done, about 30 more minutes.
