Parsley Cornmeal Dumplings

1 cup flour
1 cup cornmeal
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoons salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons minced parsley
Sift together flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt. Combine eggs and milk in a separate bowl. Add egg mixture to dry ingredients and blend. Add parsley to batter and stir until well blended. Drop batter by tablespoons into cooking stew. The stew you add the dumplings to should have at least 4 cups of liquid. Add boiling water if necessary. After dropping in dumplings , place cover on pot and steam dumplings for 15 minutes or until dumplings are done. Serve immediately.
