Kim's Pumpkin Pie

3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 16-ounce can (or 1/12 cups) solid pack pumpkin
1 12-ounce can evaporated milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 9-inch pie shells
Combine brown sugar, salt, flour and pumpkin pie spice. Stir in pumpkin, add evaporated milk and eggs. Bake at 325 degrees until mixture is firm. You can add cinnamon to the tops of each pie before you bake them.
