Old-Fashioned Baked Macaroni and Cheese Casserole

1 small package elbow macaroni
1/2 small Velveeta loaf, cubed into small squares
3 eggs
1/4 pound rind cheddar cheese or hoop cheese
1 cup milk
Cook macaroni until tender, drain well. Mix in Velveeta while hot. Beat eggs well. Add one cup milk to eggs, mix. Spray casserole dish with Pam. Add macaroni and Velveeta evenly. Pour egg and milk mixture evenly over top, covering completely. Wrap tightly with foil. Bake in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and brown top of cheese slightly. This makes a great main dish and can be sliced or spooned.
