Yogurt Fruit Pie

1/2 cup orange juice
1 packet of unflavored gelatin
1 8-ounce package light cream cheese, softened
1 8-ounce container plain lowfat yogurt
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
1 Nilla pie crust
1 1/2 cups mixed cut-up fruit
1 tablespoon apple jelly, melted
Measure orange juice into glass measuring cup. Sprinkle gelatin over juice; let stand to soften one minute. Microwave on high (100% power) until gelatin completely dissolves. Meanwhile, in a large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed, beat cream cheese, yogurt and sugar until smooth. Beat in gelatin mixture, beating until mixture is light and bubbly. Pour into pie crust. Chill until firm, about four hours. To serve, arrange fruit pieces over pie; brush with jelly.
