Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds bass fillets
4 cups orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons oil
4 green onions, sliced diagonally
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
Place fillets in a shallow dish. combine orange juice, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon oil, green onions, ginger and salt. Pour over fish and marinate 1 hour, turning once. Remove fish and dredge in flour. Let sit for 15 minutes. Pan fry fillets in remaining oil, browning on both sides over medium heat. Remove fillets and keep warm. Increase heat and pour marinade into skillet. Reduce by half. Pour over fish and serve.
