Venison Parmesan

1-1 1/2 lbs Venison steaks
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 c dry Italian break crumbs
1/2 c parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/4 c water
1/2 c flour
1/4 c vegetable oil
1 1/2 - 2 c spaghetti sauce (your choice)
mozzarella cheese, finely shredded
egg noodles, cooked as directed on package
Cut meat into 6 pieces. Tenderize with a meat mallet. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Combine bread crumbs & parmesan. Beat eggs with 1/4 c water. Dip both sides of steaks in flour and then in egg mixture and coat with crumb mixture. Refrigerate 20 minutes. Remove from refrigerator and brown meat in hot oil , over medium high heat. Drain on paper towels, then place in a 9x13 baking dish. Spoon 2 T spaghetti sauce over each piece of meat. Top evenly with 1-2 T each shredded mozzarella. Then pour remaining spaghetti sauce over the top. Bake uncovered in preheated 350 oven for 30 minutes or until meat is tender. Serve over hot cooked egg noodles.
