|Hummus Party Dip|

|2 cups chick peas, canned
1/3 cup tahini
1 oz. lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
3 cloves garlic, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 pinch of paparika
1 teaspoon of minced fresh parsley
|Place the chick peas, tahini, lemon juice, salt, and garlic in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl.
Drizzle olive oil over the chick pea mixture. Sprinkle with paparika and parsley.
Serve with favorite dipping chips or fresh raw vegetables like broccoli or cauliflower.
Can substitute cayenne in place of paparika if you like it somewhat hot.
Can substitute lime juice in place of lemon juice.
