|Sherrill's Festive Crab Pate|
|1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
3 Tablespoons water
1 small packet unflavored gelatin
1 8oz. package cream cheese (softened)
1 cup chopped celery
1 med. grated onion
1 6 oz. can crab meat
|Mix and heat soup, water and gelatin un a saucepan until well blended and smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour into a well oiled mould. Chill at least 12 hours before unmoulding.
Note: Ideally served with Rubeschlager rye bread (small thin square slices) or crackers. Pair with champagne at a festive occasion.
