Venison Burgers
1 lb ground venison
1/2 ground pork sausage
1 T. dehydrated minced onion
1 tsp garlic powder
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Liquid smoke
1 egg
1/2 cup condensed milk
Bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine meat with seasonings and mix well. Add egg and condensed milk, add enough bread crumbs to make mixture hold together without being sticky or dry. Season to your liking and shape into 6 medium patties and broil, fry, or grill as you would hamburgers. Top with sliced cheese in the last minute of cooking if you prefer.
