Ingredients
1 Venison back strap sliced thin (about 1/8 inch thick) and soaked for 4 hours or overnight in Heinz 57
bacon
cream cheese
Jalapeno peppers or mini sweet peppers with the tops cut off and seeds removed
toothpicks
Directions
Fill each pepper with cream cheese
wrap one slice of the venison around the pepper and secure it with toothpicks
wrap the bacon over the venison being sure to cover the cut end of the pepper so the cream cheese doesn't leak out
place the peppers on the grill and cook for 25 to 35 minutes
