Ingredients
1 1/2c. yellow squash
1 1/2 c. zucchini
1 1/2-2 c. chicken, cooked & chopped
1/2 c. sweet pepper
1-2 cans 24oz. pasta sauce
shredded cheese (We use Colby & Monterey Jack)
Directions
Boil chicken in water until cooked through. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Chop chicken. Slice squash & zucchini. Place chicken & all vegetables in 9x13 baking dish; toss. Pour pasta sauce over it almost to cover. Cook 20 min. or until desired consistency is reached. Cover with cheese; cook until melted. Serve.
