|Homemade Mac and Cheese|

|1 bag shell macaroni
1 pound velveeta cheese
1 stick of margarine
3 eggs (beat and add 1 at a time)
|Cook macaroni as directed on package. Partially drain, leaving some water in the macaroni. Turn off eye but leave pan on eye. Add velveeta, cutting in small cubes.
Add margarine. Stir to melt cheese and margarine. Add eggs, beating and adding 1 at a time. Stir after each egg. Pour into a 9x3-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle a little shredded cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees until slightly brown.
