Ingredients
1 gallon okra
8 tablespoons vinegar
2-1/2 tablespoons canning salt
Directions
Have jars and lids ready. Cut up okra. Cover with water and cook until okra turns color. Place in jars and seal. Hot bath for 5 to 7 minutes. Ready to eat in 2 weeks.
