Ingredients
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup vinegar
7 cups of sliced cucumbers
1 cup sliced onion
1 red or green pepper, sliced
2 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon celery Seeds
Directions
Mix sugar and vinegar together. Stir until dissolved, but do not heat. Add the salt and celery seeds.  Place cucumbers, onions and peppers into 2 quartj(s) or container, then pour vinegar mixture over the cucumbers and refrigerate 24 hours.
