8 medium size potatoes
1/2 onion-chopped
1 stick of margarine
1/4 tsp. Crushed red pepper
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. Garlic salt
8 oz cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom
1can cream of celery
1 cup milk
1cup heavy cream
Cook potatoes, onion, margarine, salt, pepper and garlic salt until tender. Drain water until potatoes are just covered. Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Add remaining ingredients. Let simmer on low for 10 min. Garnish with bacon, cheese and green onion if desired.
