|Jennifer Kornegay, when you get Eddie Brandon's real recipe for "never fail cornbread," I'd like to have it. Too many variables are missing in the one published in the Nov. edition of Alabama Living. I was wary of the recipe when I read it, but always wanting to improve my cooking, I made it, substituting only Aunt Jemima Enriched Corn Meal for the Martha Stewart one since my stores don't carry the MS type. The outcome was bad, to say the least. It went to the birds. Ingredients appear to be missing, and the proportions seem off, too. Let me know what you find out, please. Thanks.
