Yellow Rice Chicken Soup

3-4 large chicken breasts
1 large package yellow rice
1 large onion, diced
3-4 stalks of celery, chopped
4 carrots, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt and pepper, to taste
Boil chicken until done and shred. To chicken broth, add cream of chicken soup and salt and pepper to taste. Add onion, celery and carrots. Add water as needed. When vegetables are done, add rice and water according to package. Add shredded chicken. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until rice is done.
