Peanut Butter Pie

2 Graham Cracker crusts
2 cups of creamy peanut butter
2 cups of sugar
2 - 8oz packs of cream cheese
2 TBS of butter
2 teasp of vanilla
1 1/2 cups of whipping cream
1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
just under 1/2 cup of hot coffee
Beat peanut butter, sugar, cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until creamy in large bowl with electric mixer. Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form. Fold whipping cream into peanut butter mixture. Spoon into crusts and refrigerate 6 hours. Then, melt chocolate and coffee in a double boiler. Pour on top of pies. Refrigerate until firm (1 hour).
