Zuchinni Chocolate Cake

½ cup margarine or butter
½ cup vegetable oil
13/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
½ cup sour cream
2 cups grated zucchini
2 ½ cups flour
4 tablespoons cocoa
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla flavor

Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 stick butter
3½ teaspoons. cocoa.
1/3 cup milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
3 cups chopped pecans
Mix softened butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream and zucchini. Mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix. Bake in a 9x13-inch pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Check with a toothpick in the center to make sure cake is done. On warm cake, frost with cream cheese frosting

Cream Cheese Frosting:
Stir together butter, cocoa and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla and pecans. Beat until smooth. Spread on warm cake.
