WATERMELON KEY LIME SLUSH

Ingredients
3 cups Watermelon (cut in cubes). 6-8 Key Limes ¼ cup Sugar 2 cups Ice Salt (optional)
Place watermelon in freezer for 1 hour.
Zest key limes and the cut and squeeze juice.
Directions
Add frozen watermelon to a blender. Add sugar, lime juice and lime zest.

Pulse until well blended. If it seems too thick add up to ½ cup water.
Add crushed ice and blend.
Transfer to glasses and garnish with key lime slices.
Serve and Enjoy!

Notes
You can add kosher salt to the rim of the glass if desired to get that sweet and salty taste
