Ingredients
10 oz turnip greens, cooked and squeezed dry
4 oz cream cheese, softned
1/2 cup sour cream
3 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 teaspoon butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tube ritz crackers, crumbled
Directions
combine first 6 ingredients, pour into casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 until bubbly and crumbs are lightly browned.
