Mimi's Chicken Salad

4 cups cooked chicken
1 cup seedless grapes (chopped)
1 cup cashews
2 sliced bananas

1 1/2 cups mayonaise
1 cup Mango Chutney
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine first four ingredients. In a separate bowl mix mayonaise, mango chutney and lemon juice. Pour over chicken mixture and blend together. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, best overnight. I serve with a croissant and fresh fruit salad with a doll up of peach yogurt on fruit. Enjoy!

This recipe is great for a ladies luncheon! This chicken salad is so moist and very tasty. Everyone always wants this recipe. I usually buy a rotisserie chicken so that makes it so easy. No one ever guesses the bananas are in this salad.
