|South of the Border Cheese Pasta|

|1 lb. Pasta (Can use Elbow, Penne, Ziti or your favorite macaroni)
1 jar (16 oz.) cheese sauce
2 cups tomato salsa (Your choice of mild, medium or hot)
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
|Cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain, cover and set aside.
In large saucepan, combine cheese sauce, salsa, and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
Heat through, stirring until well mixed.
Add cooked pasta to cheese mixture, sir.
Put in casserole dish and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
