Ingredients
1 can green beans, drained
1 can yellow wax beans, drained
1 pound carrots, thinly sliced and blanched
2 small purple onions, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper (any color), sliced

Dressing:
1 cup white vinegar
½ cup canola oil
1 teaspoon salt
¾ cup sugar
Pepper, to taste
Directions
Layer vegetables in a bowl with a tight fitting lid. Pour dressing over vegetables and marinate overnight. Great with steaks, hamburgers or ribs.
