Honey-Balsamic-Hitachi Wings

1/2 cup honey, 1 cup balsamic salad dressing, 1/2 cup sirachi, 2 dozen wings (drumettes, wingettes)
mix together above ingredients. put drumettes and wingettes in zip lock bag. shake bag ensure wings are coated. store in refrigerator 3 days. shaking bag periodically.
to cook you can cook in oven 350 degrees about 50 minutes or turn gas grill on heat 2 burners on high. once grill hot shut one off. turn other burner to low. place wings on no heat side cook 1hr turn heat up crisp wings. they can be done on smoker 200 degrees 3 1/2 hours. crisp under house broiler if needed. heat of wings up to you. add more sirachi if you like. mix a batch of above mix for dipping.
