Honey Cinnamon Butter

1 Stick Butter ( Room Temperature)
1/2 Cup Honey
1 Teaspoon Saigon Cinnamon
Bring 1 stick of butter to room temperature (about 30 minutes). Using a hand held mixer whip together all three ingredients and transfer to a small bowl with a lid. Place in refrigerator, when ready to use let the Honey Butter come to room temp before serving. Will keep about a month in the fridge.

I really like this butter because it is smooth and creamy with just the right amount of honey. I love this with bagels , rolls and biscuits. Some friends enjoy with cornbread. This butter will turn the most boring bread into something tasty! I have always enjoyed making compound butters and all the different flavor profiles you can create!
