|1 1/4 Cups milk
1 1/4 Cups AP Flour
1/2 Teaspoon salt
3 Large Eggs
|1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2, Grease / spray 6 cup popover pan
3. Pour milk into mixing bowl add flour and salt with a rotary mixer/ blender beat until well blended do no over beat the batter.
4. Add eggs one at a time beating each until completly blended
5. Pour batter evenly into popover cups, filling will be about 3/4 full.
6. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees and continue baking 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.

|It is hard to believe that only 4 ingredients can make these huge crusty popovers. This is one of the easiest bread recipes to make the hardest part about it is the wait! This has been my go to recipe for many years. While warm you can also sprinkle cinnamon sugar on them. Popovers I think compliment any meal.|
