Apple Pecan Pound Cake

1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
3 eggs
3 cups self-rising flour
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
2 cups thinly diced apples
1 cup chopped pecans
In a mixer, mix the oil, sugars, and eggs until thoroughly mixed.
Sift together the flour and cinnamon and add to the mixture.
Stir with a large spoon until well mixed.
Add vanilla flavoring.
Fold in apples and pecans and stir well. Batter will be thick.

Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes
