Artichoke Dip

4 - 7.5 ounces chopped marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and rinsed in hot water
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 - 4.5 ounces can Green Chilies chopped
Doritos or Triscuit Thins
Mix all together and place in glass loaf pan. Sprinkle Cayenne pepper on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve with Doritos or Triscuit Thins.

This is a wonderful winter appetizer. Because the dip is baked it makes the whole house smell so good when entertaining. I serve it in the glass loaf pan also to keep the dip warm. The original recipe did not state to rinse the Artichokes but I prefer to rinse them. I also use real Parmesan cheese and not the already grated can type.
