|4 - 7.5 ounces chopped marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and rinsed in hot water
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 - 4.5 ounces can Green Chilies chopped
Doritos or Triscuit Thins
|Mix all together and place in glass loaf pan. Sprinkle Cayenne pepper on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve with Doritos or Triscuit Thins.

|This is a wonderful winter appetizer. Because the dip is baked it makes the whole house smell so good when entertaining. I serve it in the glass loaf pan also to keep the dip warm. The original recipe did not state to rinse the Artichokes but I prefer to rinse them. I also use real Parmesan cheese and not the already grated can type.|
