Italian Grilled Squash

Ingredients
  • 2 small yellow summer squash
  • 1 Large zucchini
  • 1 onion peeled and quartered
  • 2 Tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of Italian spices
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Parmesan (if desired)
Instructions
  1. Wash squash and zucchini and cut tips off.
  2. Split down the middle then quarter.
  3. Make tin foil packets with onion and squash
  4. Put on the grill at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste and top with parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes

You can add green peppers, cherry tomatoes halves, or banana peppers! You can also create single-serving foil packets for service right off of the grill to plate, and easy clean-up!
