Ballyhoo Festival

The Ballyhoo Festival is a juried fine art festival with emphasis on cultural exchange. In addition to the more than 90 artists, the Ballyhoo Festival features two performances by the Poarch Band of Creek Indians on Saturday and a Fiddle/Banjo Competition on Sunday. The festival is located at the Gulf State Park, Gulf Shores, Alabama, which borders Lake Shelby. Additional features are live art and other demonstrations, a Kid's Korner offering art projects for children, live musical performances by Coastal Alabama bands and lots of delicious food!
