Come to historic Greenville, Alabama for the Butler County Historical & Genealogical Society's Fall Tour of Homes in celebration of our 60th Anniversary Year. Register beginning at 9 a.m. at tour headquarters, First Baptist Church, 212 Fort Dale Road, to pick up wristbands and brochures. The tour price is $30 and includes six houses, historic churches, Pioneer Cemetery, and other landmarks in the Camellia City! The houses on the tour are an interesting mixture of historic homes dating from 1850 to several modern ones built in 2022. Visit Pioneer Cemetery, Greenville's oldest cemetery, where many of its earliest settlers rest.
