The second annual Alabama Emerging Artists Show will be held Nov. 21-24, 2019 at Hampstead’s Lido Event Space in Montgomery, Ala. The show features nineteen talented emerging artists from across the state of Alabama. Artists participating include: Gina Budny (Birmingham), Katie Gray Cox (Mobile), Ellen Davis (Montgomery), Lynthia Edwards (Pinson), Madison Elrod (Auburn), Elisabeth Hays (Fairhope), Rosilyn Holladay (Dothan), Carol Pugsley Jones (Montgomery), Mary Kathryn Kendig (Dothan), Jeila Martin Kershaw (Montgomery), Amanda Klein (Hoover), Francie McCullers (Tuscaloosa), Melissa McMurray (Calera), Emily Meisler (Birmingham), Michael Molay (Birmingham), Diana Newman (Fairhope), Kimberly Paige (Birmingham), Carrie Pittman (Birmingham), and Rabbit Fish Ceramics (Auburn).

There will be a range of mediums and subjects represented at the show. Guests can expect to see two dimensional paintings, drawings, original prints, textile art, and mixed media works. This year we will also feature sculpture! Subjects will range widely to include landscapes, abstracts, figures, florals, portraits, landscapes, and cityscapes. Handmade ceramics and handmade fine jewelry will also be for sale, just in time for the holiday season. We’re thrilled to introduce Montgomery to these wonderful artists and hope you’ll join us over the weekend! Admission is free of charge.
