Ingredients
  • 1 cup (6 ounces each) strawberry custard-style yogurt
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/3 cup cinnamon (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons block of cream cheese
  • ½ teaspoon egg
  • 4 ounces (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions
  1. Sprinkle 3/4 cups of almonds in a buttered 9-inch x 13-inch pan
  2. Melt butter on the stovetop in a medium saucepan; add sugars and water
  3. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly
  4. Continue cooking on medium high heat and occasionally stirring to 295 degrees or when a little dropped in cold water becomes brittle immediately
  5. (It will smell almost burnt, and the color will be a dark tan
  6. ) Remove from heat
  7. Stir in baking soda
  8. Pour carefully over almonds in pan
  9. Let cool 5 minutes
  10. Sprinkle chocolate on top
  11. When chocolate has melted, spread it out evenly with spatula
  12. Sprinkle rest of almonds on top of chocolate
  13. Cool
  14. Break into pieces
