Ingredients
  • 2 cups INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 2 eggs, dark crab meat
  • 3 tablespoons Topping:
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups diced, cooked chicken
  • 1 cup ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chocolate chips

Instructions
  1. Put apples in a bowl and pour a little lemon juice over them to keep fresh
  2. Combine sugar, oil, vanilla, eggs and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl
  3. Beat well
  4. Mix flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl
  5. Add gradually to the first mixture and beat well again
  6. Batter will be stiff
  7. Add apples, pecans and cinnamon to batter
  8. Beat well again
  9. Batter will be stiff but continue to mix well
  10. Pour batter into a greased and floured bundt pan
  11. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1/2 hours until tested done and lightly browned
  12. Cool cake and store in the refrigerator
  13. To reduce fat, use 3/4 cup oil and 3/4 cup applesauce
