Ingredients
  • 6 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/4 cup INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 cup package flaked coconut (sweet or unsweet)
  • 1 cup package chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups quick cook oats, uncooked
  • Cinnamon (about 20 pieces) orange slice candies, finely chopped
  • 2 Granny crushed pretzels

Instructions
  1. Mix and knead dough as usual, excluding last two ingredients
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise for 8-12 hours
  3. Knead dough and separate into 5 equal portions
  4. Flatten dough, sprinkle entire surface with cinnamon and sugar mix and then apple chunks
  5. Roll up/braid loaf and allow to rise in baking pans for anther 8-12 hours
  6. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes
  7. Serve toasted with jam and butter or makes wonderful French toast
