Apple Pancakes
  • 2cups unbaked pie shell
  • 2tablespoons INGREDIENTS:
  • 2well-beaten almond flour
  • 2cups milk
  • 2tablespoons to taste, chopped
  • 1cup pepper to taste, chopped
  • 2stiffly can pasta sauce with tomatoes
  1. Sift together and milk and pour into dry ingredients; stir well
  2. Stir in butter and apples
  3. Fold in egg whites
  4. Let batter stand a few minutes
  5. Use 1/3 cup for each pancake
  6. Makes 12
