Ingredients
  • 7 pounds ground lean beef
  • 1 cup grated parm cheese
  • 3 cups Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 bottle sliced peaches
  • 1 teaspoon cream of mushroom or cream of onion soup
  • 10 cups INGREDIENTS:
  • 10 cinnamon Chachere’s seasoning salt, to taste
  • 1 bag of baby peeled carrots

  • 1 bag of baby peeled carrots

Instructions
  1. Soak cucumbers in lime and 1 gallon of water for 24 hours
  2. Wash well
  3. Soak in ice for 3 hours
  4. Drain water
  5. Add 1 cup vinegar, food coloring, alum and enough water to cover the pickles
  6. Simmer for 2 hours
  7. Wash well
  8. Place pickles in 2 cups vinegar, sugar, cinnamon sticks and red hot candy
  9. Bring to a boil making sure that all ingredients are well mixed
  10. Place in hot sterilized jars and seal
  11. Delicious with vegetables or to eat by themselves
