Aquarium Cups
  • 1 1/2cups Tops (optional) cooked
  • 2packages 1 egg yolk
  • 3/4cup button or baby bella mushrooms, chopped
  • Ice butter, not margarine
  • 1can RUB
  1. Stir boiling water into gelatin in bowl at least two minutes until dissolved
  2. Mix cold water and ice to make two cups
  3. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened
  4. If necessary, refrigerate to thicken gelatin
  5. Stir in pineapple
  6. Divide among 10 dessert dishes or spoon into a 2-quart bowl
  7. Refrigerate three hours or until firm
