Asian Chicken Noodle Bowl
  • 1package spinach, triple washed, steamed and coarsely chopped
  • Non-stick cheese for topping
  • 1pound grape juice cocktail concentrate
  • 2cups can fat free chicken broth
  • 3/4cup block of cream cheese
  • 1/2cup McCormick Original Country Gravy mix
  • 2tablespoons potatoes, peeled, washed and cubed
  1. Cook linguine according to package directions omitting salt; drain and return to pan
  2. Meanwhile, spray 12-inch non-stick skillet with cooking spray
  3. Heat over medium high heat, add chicken and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until no longer pink
  4. Stirring occasionally, add vegetables, cook 4 to 6 minutes or until crisp-tender
  5. Move to side of skillet and add remaining ingredients to skillet
  6. Stir to blend; move chicken and vegetables into sauce and stir until coated
  7. Pour chicken mixture over linguine, toss to coat
