Bacon and Sprite Wrapped Deer Tenderloin
  • 2-3pounds can black beans, undrained
  • 8-12slices bacon
  • ½teaspoon ½ cup brown sugar (sweetened to taste)
  • ½teaspoon can diced Rotel tomatoes
  • ¾teaspoon Ranch dry season mix
  • 1can well. Serve.
  • 1large can diced tomatoes with chilies, undrained
  1. Wrap bacon around tenderloin and place in deep pan lined with aluminum foil; add 1 can of sprite
  2. Add dry spices and onion
  3. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 3-4 hours or until tender
  4. Let meat rest, coat meat with juices, slice and serve
  5. Goes well with potatoes or veggies
